Services

The three practices are not alternatives. Each contains the one beneath it in full, so you engage at the level you need — and when the requirement grows, nothing is explained twice.

Core CA Practice

The recurring obligations every business carries — books, returns and financial statements, run to a calendar rather than against a deadline.

CFO Advisory

A finance function you do not have to build — structure, controls, cash and capital, with the full compliance cycle running beneath it.

Why TaxWise

Thoroughness is easily claimed and rarely evidenced. These are the ones we hold ourselves to, and the numbers that stand behind them.

1

partner leads every engagement

Every engagement is led by a partner, from the first conversation to the final filing. No part of it is delegated to an associate you have not met.

8

sectors in active practice

From SaaS ESOPs to joint development agreements, we have met the questions your sector raises before — and know which positions withstand assessment.

0

deadlines missed since 2015

Statutory dates sit on our calendar, with reminders that begin weeks in advance. In ten years of practice, not one return has been filed late.

24h

response, on working days

Questions are answered the same or the next working day. Where a matter requires longer, you are told when to expect an answer rather than left to follow up.

Approach

No engagement begins with paperwork. It begins with understanding what you intend to do, and what the law permits you to do about it.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We begin with your position: what you own, what you owe, and what you intend to do next.

  2. 02

    Assessment

We review filings, books and structure to identify both exposure and opportunity, and tell you which requires attention first.

  3. 03

    Strategy

You receive a written plan setting out each option, with its tax and compliance consequences quantified in rupees.

  4. 04

    Execution

We file, register and represent you before the authorities. Deadlines sit on our calendar, not yours.

  5. 05

    Review

Quarterly reviews keep the plan current as the law changes and the business grows.

Calendar

None of this is confidential, and all of it is easily missed. This is the calendar we run for every client, published in full and available to download — a practice that keeps its deadlines has no reason to keep them private.

The firm

TaxWise is a partnership rather than a practice built around a single name. Four partners carry the work between them, and more than five hundred individuals and businesses have been advised over the past decade.

The practice is deliberately small. The partner you meet is the partner who does the work, so you are never required to explain your own business to someone new.

The work is unglamorous and exact: a return that withstands scrutiny, a set of books that closes on time, a structure that still makes sense three years from now. That is what we are for.
